Pricing
I use flat fees whenever the scope is predictable, so you know the cost before we begin. If your situation is more involved, I’ll quote it in writing first. The initial consultation is free.
Single-member LLC: $850 flat fee. Certificate of Organization, operating agreement, organizational resolution, EIN application, Nebraska filing fee, and publication are all included.
Multi-member LLC: starting at $1,150. Everything above, for up to three owners.

Individual plan
$750 flat fee
Will, TOD deed, financial power of attorney, and health care power of attorney.
Couples
$1,250 flat fee
A will, financial power of attorney, and health care power of attorney for each spouse, plus a TOD deed for one jointly owned property.
Individual documents
Starting at $300 each
A TOD deed, financial power of attorney, or health care power of attorney.
For TOD deeds, you record the signed deed with the county and pay the county recording fee at the time of recording. Additional TOD deeds for other properties are $300 each.
More than three LLC owners, outside investors, or buy-sell terms can change the price. So can a blended family, different wishes between spouses, or a need for a trust. If any of these apply, I’ll tell you before we begin and quote it in writing.

What can change the price
Scheduling a consultation or sending an inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have both agreed to move forward and signed an engagement letter.
